Cooking class with Pellegrino Artusi for cooking schools and visitors to Expo Dubai

Food it’s not only feeding, for us it’s about sharing with people our identity, our story, our knowledge. In Emilia-Romagna, in the heart of Italy, was born Pellegrino Artusi, author of the first Italian cookbook: here every recipe is a journey and here you can find 44 PDO and PGI products, so many food excellences that make this land the first region in Europe.
Emilia-Romagna Region will welcome ICCA and SCAFA culinary schools of Dubai and Expo visitors to different tasting moments guided by Casa Artusi foundation, from 11th to 14th of December at M-Eating Italy Pavilion. During the cooking demos, participants will learn and taste different recipes, such as the original Italian fresh handmade pasta paired with Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia and Modena PDO, Olio extravergine di oliva Brisighella PDO, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, Riso del Delta del Po IGP, Piadina Romagnola IGP, Aglio di Voghiera IGP and fresh fruits and vegetables.
